Who: Benji Stawski is an eighth grader, a future bar mitzvah(/ˌbär ˈmitsvə/Noun: The religious initiation ceremony of a Jewish boy who has reached the age of 13 and is regarded as ready to observe religious precepts and eligible to take part in public worship), and a boy with a big goal! With the help of the Jewish Big Brothers and Sisters (JBBBS) I am a "little brother" and have a "big bro" (Aaron) who has a great personality! We have been together for about 5 years and he is a role model for me. Aaron and I have a lot of fun together.
JBBBS is a non profit organization which is part of the Jewish Federation. They put a lot of efforts to ensure every child has the right "big brother" or "big sister" they deserve. They rely mainly on donations, but the big problem is their donations do not cover all expenses.
So my main hope and goal is to get more people to make a generous donation to JBBBS. Not everyone will just give money to a organization they are not familiar with so I will give you every reason why to help JBBBS. When people donate through my Bar Mitzvah project they do not just have the pride of helping people and changing people's lives, but are eligible to get a little gift and don't forget that the donation is tax detuctable. I will have stands at events selling various items and all (as in 100%) of my profits will be donated to JBBBS. To find out more information, about this important organization more information on my mission please visit the about us page. Or contact Benji at firstname.lastname@example.org
When: Benji's next big event is on Sunday May 15 at Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. For more events take a peak at our calendar. Are you or any of your relatives hosting a community wide event? Benji is open to have a stand at a major event! For more info please contact him at email@example.com!
